Total Experience was fantastic. Jeff knew about the vehicles on the lot. Great salesman, very upbeat. Greg in Finance Dept did great job. I am absolutely going to do business with these fine folks again and would recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used car. Service was great.

The salesman (Jeff Nicholas) was truly a go getter. He made the whole expeience easy. Greg (finance dept) worked his magic, and I left with the vehicle and terms that I came. Way better experience than my visit to the Chevrolet dealership in Miamisburg several months ago. These guys at Jeff Schmidt Mazda has earned my future business!!

I just bought my second pre-owned vehicle in a row from this dealership. The salesman, Jake Tackett, and the staff there (Frank & Travis) were exceptional. The first car that I purchased was a different saleman, but the service made me want to come back for a second time. In my second experience, Jake was great to work with. He was very resourceful and worked within his network of dealerships to get the vehicle that I wanted and made the deal happen!!!
My husband Allen and I just bought a tahoe form your dealership, and were very pleased with the service and deal we got!! Our sales person, Jennifer Jones worked very hard late and on her day off to get us the vehicle we wanted. Greg the finance manager made sure we had a great deal!! So happy with our new vehicle!!

I went to the dealer and test drove a 2013 CX-5 to see how the AWD felt. I had already decide I was going to buy a CX-5. After the test drive our salesman was busy with another person so we looked at all the CX-5 on the lot and found one that had what we wanted. had car bought and was driving it away within 1 hour.

I was searching for the car I bought for 6 months and finally found it at Jeff Schmitt Mazda. I was satisfied with mostly everything, however I got there at 9:45 am to test drive and did not leave with my car until 3:30 pm. I am not sure what took them all day, which was somewhat frustrating. Everything else about my experience was great!

My husband and I arrived at the dealership around 7 pm, 1 hour before closing. Jenny Johnson, our sales consultant, reviewed the Mazda CX-9 in detail and took us for a test drive. I had been researching the vehicle for several days, so after the test drive, I was pretty much sold. The dealer's internet pricing was much more competitive than other dealers in the area. The deal took awhile to make because we had a trade-in. Jenny was professional and caring during the entire process. Everyone involved, from the finance manager to the service guys who had to wash the car, stayed 2 hours after close to help us close the deal that night. I was very impressed with Jenny's commitment to get us into the new car that night!

I walked into this dealership not really expecting much. To be quite honest, I was mentally preparing myself for another rejection. When your credit is as broken up as mine is you get used to it. I would have considered myself blessed to walk away with a used Mazda 3. David Temple did me one better and was able to swing me in to a brand new Mazda 6. He was very patient with me and so helpful. He didn't mind going the extra mile to make it happen. It's a rare thing to see customer service at this level. It was a blessing to have him service me. I am a very pleased customer and I would recommend this dealership to absolutely anyone.

My husband and I reviewed lots of cars online and decided to visit Jeff Schmitt to see a Mazda 5 after seeing lots of pictures on the dealers site and this website. Chase greeted us and got us a test drive. The best thing is that he convinced us to take the car for a day long test drive. I didn't know you could even do that!! That really helped us try it out in our daily routine and helped us decide it was the vehicle for us! When we went to purchase Jesse was there in the evening hours after our work day and he was great in explaining every detail and answering my many questions. Great service from both fellas! I would definatly recommend this dealer; especially i appreciated the opportunity to take the car on a test drive the entire day. Chase and Jesse were very helpful during the entire process from test drive to finalizing the buy. Thanks guys!!

I decided to look online at Jeff Schmitt because they were one of the few dealerships the offered the car I wanted. I didn't end up getting the one I wanted but they were able to put me in a brand new 2012 Mazda6 at an excellent price along with an excellent interest rate! The sale's person I dealt with was by far the best experience I've had with buying a new car. When all was said and done, I walked out a happy customer definitely willing to be a repeat customer :)

My family has owned numerous Mazdas over the years. After finding out about the new Skyactiv technology I was excited to own another Mazda.For various reasons my local dealers weren't able to get me the Mazda 3 sedan. However, I was referred to Jeff Schmidt Mazda by a friend and I drove 40 miles out of my way to visit them. From the moment my wife and I were greeted at the door by the sales mgr. Jay Schmidt to writing the contract with the salesman, Jeff Nichols, the we were very impressed with their entire process. We were made to feel welcome and enjoyed working with everyone we came into contact with.
