My Review of Jeff Schmitt Mazda:
I came in to buy a car found what I wanted and Dave Temple took me and showed it to me and they worked with me as much as they could and was WAY better than what I thought they would.. After getting approved for the car I was wanting he took me over to fill the paper work out and that is where I met aaron lairmore where he went over every paper and fine print with me.. After getting all the paper work done he had the car washed and cleaned up for me as they also filled up the gas for me.. I HIGHLY recomend going to them as i will do the same thing in the future.. Each employee we worked with on our purchase was conscience about explaining every part of the process. I was confident I know what I was getting into with regard to purchase price interest rate, loan information, warranty info, etc.
Great Customer Service
by DSJ123 from Dayton, Ohio | December 1, 2011 This store is very close to my home. They had a nice selection of inventory and had the car we wanted. We shopped other Mazda stores and no one came close to the value I received at Jeff Schmitt Mazda. I lost my key and with the dealerships warranty program I received a new one for FREE! Happy I purchased here...absolutely! Thinking about CX-9 for our next purchase.

In fact, I had not intended to purchase a Miata at all. However, due to the fantastic customer service provided by Jennifer, I drove away in a brand new Miata that day.

The great sales staff made the whole process quick and easy. I can't imagine buying a car anywhere else would any easier. Reggie, Adam, and the rest of the Jeff Schmitt Mazda staff are top notch!
