I had an issue with the keys for a 2014 CX 5. Jeff Schmitt got me in quickly and took care of the problem at the least possible cost.
I purchased my Mazda from Jeff Schmitt in January of 2016. With a couple of exceptions, when I was out of the area, I have taken the car to Schmitt for service. The staff are prompt and efficient. The job hardly ever takes more than one hour, and today was no exception.
They were able to see us when we were able. Staff that assisted my daughter were knowledgeable and polite.

The customer service professionals at Mazda always treat me with respect and understanding. They give me my estimate and it's always less than what they quote me for!! They explain everything to me over the phone and then again when I get my paperwork. Went in for my routine oil change and was in and out quickly. Everyone was very nice. Had an unexpected trip to the vet with my dog and I was worried I couldn’t make it home and be at my appt on time and they said bring him along when I come!! That worked out great!

Well when I bought my car a few months ago I wanted remote start. Once I signed the purchase the salesman realized the car didn't have the remote start (he thought it would be through the app but the interface was the older model). He immediately said they would fix the issue. It took so long due to all of the issues with chips lately but they were finally able to get the remote start installed before the cold weather hit. The service performed today went without a hitch. The tech dept. concierge was knowledgeable, polite/respectful. The counter person in the payment dept. was very friendly. I purchase a used Mustang that had a couple cosmetic damages to a door and mirror. They did a great job getting it repaired. After having the car for a few days, I discovered a problem with the Sync 3 information and navigation screen. Cody was very helpful getting it covered by our warranty and seeing that the Ford dealer got it repaired in a timely manner. We have gotten other vehicles at Jeff Schmitt Cadillac and have always been happy with the service there. The Mazda dealership appears to be equally caring.

I’d gotten my repair quoted (ac compressor replacement) at several other shops and they were by far the best price.
